Good morning.

Banana pancakes.  One egg, two mashed bananas said the recipe.  However, the first pancake just scrambled so I added 10g of wholemeal SR flour for 33 cals (one and a half syns) and that was enough to sort of bind it together as it cooked and they were really rather nice.  The Mullerlight was banana and custard flavour.
Filling too - phew.

To go with the tuna roll, I put together some mini salad kebabs using cocktail sausages.  Really, it was just to make the plate look nice, which it did, and I shall make them again.

I didn't have room for the apple so that's 50 cals to pay back.

Just an ordinary dinner - fish and chips.  100g of peas is quite a lot but I enjoyed every single one!

Today's calories:
planned meals:  1200 cals
plus 33 cals for flour
minus 50 cals for uneaten apple
Total:  1183 cals

Today's food plans:
B:  overnight oats
I have quite a lot of berries in the fridge which don't keep all that well so using them in breakfasts like this is good.
20g oats = 76 cals (I find 20g is enough for overnight oats)
one Mullerlight = 80 cals
63g strawberries = 21 cals
53g raspberries =   28 cals
50g blueberries =  29 cals
total = 234 cals
SW:  half a heB and half a syn

L:  ham salad; apple
1.5 sliced ham (60g) = 54 cals
mixed salad = 50 cals (approx)
30g superlight mayo = 30 cals
or M&S reduced fat dressing, 30 mls = 21 cals
onion chutney = 62 cals
apple = 50 cals
total = 196 cals
SW:  one syn for the mayo, one for the dressing, three for the chutney

D:  lamb shank in red wine gravy, broccoli, new potatoes; fluff
This is an Aldi frozen lamb shank
lamb shank = 495 cals
100g broccoli = 31 cals (I may not have as much as that)
111g new potatoes = 83 cals
fluff = 25 cals
total = 634 cals
SW:  two and a half syns for the lamb shank/gravy and half for the fluff

S:  fluff ice lolly (worth a try anyway) = 6 cals/neg syns; fruit

Body Magic:  Sore shoulder so having a rest day

Summary:
half a heB and eight and a half syns
1070 cals

    1. Even the Aldi ones are not that cheap so it is an occasional treat and very nice it was too!
