This is really for me but if anyone else finds it useful, then great.
(pretty much all SW friendly, speed and/or free and bread products should be wholemeal)
'English' breakfast:
any four from bacon, sausage, egg (fried, poached, scrambled), fried potato, hash browns, potato waffles (need synning), baked beans, fried bread, toast, mushrooms or tomatoes
(use 0 calorie spray oil when necessary and syn any added sauce)
oat based:
porridge, pancakes, waffles, baked oats, overnight oats, muesli
(sweeten with sweetener/skinny syrup, etc, synning if necessary)
egg based:
scrambled, boiled, baked, coddled, poached - on/with toast, in roll/wrap/pitta, roulade
omelette/tortilla/frittata/soufflé with assorted fillings
(oats are a B choice, any cheese could be an A choice)
toast based:
egg, baked beans, tomatoes, marmite, jam
(some of these need synning)
fruit/yogurt based:
smoothie, fruit salad, roulade
(officially, one should syn any blended fruit < cough > )
So why, with all this to choose from, do I sometimes struggle to think of something I fancy, eh?

Well there's plenty there that I fancy.. In fact practically all of it.. but not all at once :-)
