Saturday, 20-10-18

A quick one today as I overslept!

B:  porridge with fruit and yogurt
One healthy extra B and half a healthy extra A

L:  chunky veg soup
Hopefully, SW free

D:  pork casserole (home made, no jars will be hurt in the making of this) and rice
Again, hopefully free

All frugal (for me) because I am elsewhere.  :-)
