Morning, everyone!

Yesterday's food.
A very tasty breakfast of bacon, onion, mushroom, red pepper and half a can of chopped tomatoes, topped with cubed potato cooked/browned in the actifry and 30g grated cheddar.
Loads of speed and filling too.  So filling that I only had room for some fruit for lunch so the soup will have to be lunch today.

Dinner was absolutely delicious.  I know it all looks beige/boring but it really wasn't;  a few carrots and peas would have brightened things up somewhat though.  The turkey was as flavoursome as it was over Christmas, I found a little pot of Christmas leftover stuffing which is now no more and as for the experimental Yorkshires - all I can say is that they will figure more in my menus from now on.  They came out well risen, crunchy and tasty and the amount of batter I made resulted in four muffin sized puds so two are now in the freezer for reheating another time.
Half a tsp of oil was plenty for each one; I might try a quarter tsp each next time.  And there's that toad in the hole recipe to try too!

Today, I shall try a pizza base with my 35-40g wholemeal flour.  Making that adjustment to my healthy extra Bs has really opened up more possibilities and, given that SW encourages home made meals, you think they'd see the sense.
Today's food:

B:  bacon, egg, potato waffle and tomatoes; mini yogurt drink
I really fancy a cooked breakfast so here we are!
SW:  two syns for the potato waffle and two for the yogurt

L:   tomato soup; apple
As yesterday.
SW:  up to half a heA to slacken the soup which is quite thick at the moment

D:  pizza with a salad; yogurt
I will try using the flour with about 1/4 tsp yeast, half a tsp oil and some water (the maths says it should be 30 mls).  Toppings will be a tomato sauce, some veg, some sliced bacon medallions and 45g grated cheese.
We will see - I'll let you know.
SW:  one heB for the wholemeal flour, one syn for oil and one and a half heA for the cheese

S:  easy peelers

BM:  balance activities, online walk

Summary
two heAs and one B
five syns
nothing terribly expensive
an eating window of between eleven and seven - 8:16
