Just wondering . . .

. . . could I make banana oat pancakes with weetabix instead of oats?

    I made some lovely pancakes using just banana and egg. You whizz both in a food processor and then fry with frylight. Tasted like a banana pancake and saved my hex b. Happy holiday 😊
