A week of Slimming World meals

     These photos are a resume of most of the meals I have had over the last seven days, excluding desserts, snacks, naughty things, etc, starting each Saturday.

Saturday, 15-04-23
B:  orange pancakes
L:  crustless quiche, salad
D:  fish, chips and peas

Sunday, 16-04-23
Brunch:   quiche, tomatoes and mushrooms
D:  fruit
(just two meals - it was a not-hungry day)

Monday, 17-04-23
B:  fruit and yogurt (no photo)
L:  chicken salad wrap
D:  pork steak, roasties, roasted parsnips, carrots and broccoli (what I had planned and prepped for on Sunday but didn't have)


Tuesday, 18-04-23
B:  quiche and baked beans
L:  burger in a bowl
D:  chicken pie with rosti topping, veg




Wednesday, 19-04-23
B:  beans on toast
L:  leftovers of yesterday's pie, roasted veg
D:  gammon with a honey and mustard sauce, salad

Thursday, 20-04-23
B:  no photo - it was fruit and yogurt
L:  quiche, salad
D:  zingy chicken traybake


Friday, 21-04-23
B:  waffle fruit and yogurt
L:  cheese and bacon toastie, coleslaw, tomatoes
D:  salmon, chips and peas



And that's yet another week done and dusted.
