B: avocado toast, poached egg, tomato and mushroom
L: roast beef dinner
D: leftovers of chicken, leek and mushroom bake, patties made from lunch leftovers
B: bacon and egg pitta. tomatoes, mushrooms
L: picky plate of chicken satay skewer etc
D: cheeseburger in pitta, coleslaw, salad
B: bagel, avocado, scrambled egg, tomatoes
L: cold beef, potato salad, salad
B: sausages, egg, potato waffle, tomato and mushrooms
L: cheese and avocado toastie, salad
D: cheesy chicken and ham pie, veg
B: poached egg on marmite toast
L: tuna steak and salad
D: teriyaki chicken and veg stir fry
B: waffle with fruit and yogurt
L: pizza toastie, salad
L: pizza toastie, salad
D: sticky salmon and veg noodles
