Good morning, everyone.

Yesterday's meals:

Apart from the planned things, I had a couple of leftover snacks from DTU.

Today's meal plans

B:  fresh fruit and yogurt
It's a busy morning with no time to cook so it's got to be nice and simple.  I shall have a mix of strawberries, raspberries and blueberries with a Mullerlight.
total: 221 cals
SW:  half a syn for the yogurt and three for the agave nectar

L:  Cold meat salad; apple
I have some salt beef to use in this, very thin slices, and the salad will be as much from the garden as possible and will include lettuce, beetroot, cucumber, carrot, tomatoes and pepper, all chopped and mixed.
With it I will have a tbsp red onion chutney and some raspberry vinaigrette.
Total:  215 calories
SW:  three syns for the chutney and dressing

Afternoon snack: (if needed)
a mini babybel and some fruit
Total:  approx 100 calories
SW:  two syns

D:  burger and salad; kvarg
This will be a wholemeal roll with a slice of smoked applewood top and bottom and a skinny burger with some red onion chutney.  I might add some lettuce and sliced tomato - we'll see how much room there is.  I'll use 10mls balsamic dressing on the salad.
456 calories for the burger and salad
100 calories for the kvarg (they're between 90 and 100 - I'm calling it 100 for ease)
total:  556 calories
SW:  two healthy extra As and one B, three syns for the chutney and dressing

Body Magic:  Allotment work, maybe a walk

Summary:
two healthy extra As and one B
eight syns
1092 calories
It's not proving easy to up the calories.  You'd think it would be a doddle!  Now - what else could I have?

  1. you could add some hard boiled egg to your salad as that would also boost the protein element ( also useful to have as a snack!)

    1. I could, that's a good idea, thanks. I think I'll have some ore of the salt beef in the salad too.

  2. How about crumbling a few, not too many, walnuts (very good for some minerals) on your breakfast fruit and yogurt if you eat nuts x
