A week of meals on Slimming World

These photos are a resume of most of the meals I have had over the last week, excluding desserts, snacks, naughty things, etc. It starts on Saturday and goes through to the following Friday because our group meets on Friday mornings.

Slimming World - restricting?  Few choices?  Going without?   Absolutely no way!

Saturday, 01-07-23
B:  beans on toast
Tea:  an Afternoon Tea with friends.  No photo and off plan
I had nothing else to eat on Saturday.




Sunday, 02-07-23
B:  pancakes, fruit and yogurt
L:  bangers, mash and mixed veg
D:  cheesy apple and onion on toast


Monday, 03-07-23
B:   marmite roast, water melon
L:  chicken and bacon caesar salad
(dinner was lasagne but I forgot to take a photo)




Tuesday, 04-07-23
B:  water melon, strawberries and raspberries
L:  lasagne, salad
D:  burger, salad


Wednesday, 05-07-23
B:  bacon, egg, crumpet thin, tomatoes, mushrooms
L:  scrambled egg and smoked salmon on toast, tomatoes
D:  pasta meatballs in a roasted red pepper and veg sauce

Thursday, 06-07-23
B:  fruit and yogurt
L:  salmon and salad
D:  steak burger (lovely), roasted veg (burnt!)




Friday, 07-07-23
No breakfast today
L:  toastie and salad
Mid afternoon - a not-Pimms!
D:  fish, chips and peas, lemon mayo


And that is the legit part of this week.  Not the best week for Slimming World - the meals were fine, it's just all the other stuff.

Back on it now and on to a new SW week.
