A week of Pinch of Nom meals while on Slimming World.

These photos are a resume of most of the meals I have had over the last week, excluding desserts, snacks, naughty things, etc. It starts on Saturday and goes through to the following Friday because our group meets on Friday mornings.

Slimming World - restricting?  Few choices?  Going without?   Absolutely no way!

This week, it's mostly Pinch of Nom meals.  For details of syns, healthy extras, etc, see the individual posts.


Saturday, 15-07-23
B:  Viking  toast, tomatoes
L:  Bombay style potato and chicken traybake
D:  lasagne bowl, salad




Sunday, 16-07-23
B:   hash brown breakfast bake (nearly forgot to take a photo!)
L:  salt and pepper chicken, salad
D:  tandoori salmon, salt and pepper chips, courgettes



Monday, 17-07-23
B:  Dill cream cheese and smoked salmon bagel, tomatoes and leaves
L:  corned beef hash patties, salad
D:  chicken and banana curry, basmati rice

Tuesday, 18-07-23
B:  breakfast potatoes topped with fried egg
L:  honey soy chicken, salad
D:  pork and apple traybake, roasted sweet potato




Wednesday, 19-07-23
B:  marmite mushrooms on toast
L:  corned beef and potato slop (should have been 'cake' but it didn't), tomatoes
D:  creamy maple and bacon chicken, mixed veg



And I've done it again - posted this way too early - sorry!

Thursday, 20-07-23

B:  omelette pizza (sort of thing)
T:  bread, cheese and tomatoes (change of plan, not PoN)


Friday, 21-07-23
B:  cinnamon and apple pancakes, yogurt and raspberries
L:  penne arrabbiata, cheese and yogurt (for cooling)
D:  Normandy style chicken - as far as I got.  The recipe took longer than I thought it would.


And that was a week on Pinch of Nom.  Back to what passes for normal, starting with leftovers from Friday!
