A week of Slimming World meals

  These photos are a resume of most of the meals I have had over the last week, excluding desserts, snacks, naughty things, etc. It starts on Saturday and goes through to the following Friday because our group meets on Friday mornings.

Slimming World - restricting?  Few choices?  Going without?   Absolutely no way!

This week I am focusing on using up all sorts of bits and bobs from the freezers.


Saturday, 05-08-23
B:  cooked breakfast
L:  salmon and salad
D:  gammon, egg, chips and tomatoes

Sunday, 06-08-23
B:  gravadlax and scrambled egg on a wholemeal muffin, tomatoes
L:  roast turkey, roasted courgette and parsnip
cauliflower, carrots
D:  forgot to take a photo - it was turkey curry

Monday, 07-08-23
B:  breakfast 'pizza' (really an omelette)
L:  jacket potato, beans and cheese, side salad
D:  SW ready meal from Iceland - Korean style beef noodles



Tuesday, 08-08-23
B:  breakf ast burger, mushrooms and tomatoes
L:  leftovers of Korean style beef noodles, tomatoes
D:  chicken chilli and veg

Wednesday, 09-08-23
B:  smoked salmon and philly on a crumpet thin, tomatoes and mushrooms
L:  leftovers turned into a quesadilla, side salad
D:  lamb crumble and veg



Thursday, 10-08-23
B:  avocado on toast, tomatoes
L:  spaghetti and meatballs in roasted red pepper sauce, salad
D:  chicken, bean and vegetable - er - spicy sludge!




Friday, 11-08-23
B:  cheesy courgette and chorizo fritters, fried tomatoes
L:  apple and pork burger, apple, carrot and beetroot slaw, side salad


And that was the end of Eat the Freezer week.
