Monday, 07-08-23: eating the freezer day 3

 Good morning, everyone.
It's really nice to see the pile of odds and ends and bits and bobs in the freezer getting smaller as we move on to day three.

Yesterday's meal photos:

Anything with two eggs is going to be good and filling and this certainly was.  The tomatoes were all garden grown and tasted so much sweeter and deeper than anything shop bought.  They're starting to ripen a bit faster now; all they need is some more consistent sunshine and warmth really.
I do enjoy a roast dinner.  The turkey, the stock for the gravy, the cauliflower, the parsnips and the Yorkie were all from the freezer.

Really sorry, I forgot to photos dinner.  It was a turkey curry (from the freezer, obv) and very delicious!

Today's plans:

B:  sausage breakfast wrap
I have a ridiculous number of sausages in the freezer!  No idea how really, some must have been there for ages.
This will be a two egg omelette wrap done in my large pan so it's thin and flexible, stuffed with sausage, mushrooms and baked beans with tomatoes on the side and, possibly, 15g grated cheddar
SW:  one syn for a couple of Heck chipolatas, half a healthy extra A for cheddar

L:  jacket potato, beans, cheese, salad; fruit
Nothing from the freezer; I'm having this partly to use up the rest of the baked beans so they don't end up in the freezer!!
SW:  up to one and a half healthy extra As for cheese, one syn for some salad cream

D:  Korean style beef noodles, stir fry veg; fruit/yogurt
This is a SW ready meal from Iceland and I am expecting to have around half of it with some extra stir fry veg on the side
SW:  all syn free

Exercise:   personal training and walking round town after picking up my new glasses.

Summary:
two healthy extra As
no healthy extra Bs
two syns
