Morning.
The soup yesterday was lovely, as was the pasta bake. Not 100% on plan but really not far off and the calories are probably absolutely fine!
Today's plans:
B: porridge with fruit and yogurt
L: we're going to Cressing Temple and eating there so not sure
D: roast chicken dinner with loads of lovely veg; probably fruit
E: kettle exercises and plenty of walking!
I've put one portion of soup and two of pasta bake in the freezer - they will provide good lunches next week, won't they?
Back properly tomorrow.
