A Week of Slimming World Meals

      These photos are a resume of most of the meals I have had over the last week, excluding desserts, snacks, naughty things, etc. It starts on Saturday and goes through to the following Friday.

Saturday, 13-05-23
B:  hm sausages, egg, mushroom and tomatoes
L:  bagel with avocado and smoked salmon, finger salad
D:  shredded bbq chicken, jacket potato and roasted veg


Sunday, 14-05-23
B:  sort of tattie scone, flat sausage and egg, tomatoes
L:  gammon, pineapple, roasted crinkle pennies, sweetcorn
D:  smoked salmon and cucumber sandwiches, tomatoes and yellow pepper



Monday, 15-05-23
B:  cooked breakfast
L:  beans on toast
D:  tiktok pasta

Tuesday, 16-05-23
B:  fresh fruit
L:  eating out - no photo
D:  sticky chicken stir fry

Wednesday, 17-05-23
B:  fruit and yogurt
L:  sweet potato falafel salad wrap
D:  salmon, now pots, vegetables


Thursday, 18-05-23
No photos today because . . .
B:  just a banana
L:  eaten out with a friend (toastie and salad)
D:  what I brought back from eating out plus fruit and a yogurt

Friday, 19-05-23
B:  sweet potato hash browns, bacon, tomato leaves
L:  feta stuffed pittas with side salad
D:  steak, chips and tomatoes


And that was last week done and dusted.
